A hunting license is required of any person, regardless of age, who hunts any animal, bird, frog or turtle in this state (except furbearers, if the hunter possesses a trapper's license). No license is required for nuisance fur-bearing animals, depredating hogs or coyotes. Non-residents under 17 years of age may purchase and hunt with the Youth Hunting License (Type 169).

We require a $50.00 per gun deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable within thirty (30) days of the hunt. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival.
** We will do our best to reschedule if an emergency arises causing you not to be able to make your hunt. However, rescheduling is at our sole discretion.**
All hunters are required to sign a written waiver/contract. A copy of this contract is available upon booking your hunt.
Texas Park & Wildlife Requirements
Every hunter (including out-of-state hunters) born on or after September 2, 1971, must successfully complate a Hunter Education Training Course. Minimum age of certification is 12 years and cost is $10 or $24 for online course.
If you were born on or after September 2, 1971, and you are:
> under 12 years of age, you must be accompanied.
> age 12 through 16, you must successfully complete a hunter education course, or you must be accompanied.
> age 17 or over, you must successfully complete a hunter education course, or purchase a "Hunter Education Deferral, and you must be accompanied.
